In Locust, is average time the average time it takes to process all requests given 200 users?

I correctly understand that here it should be interpreted as follows:
On average, 340 requests are processed in 1.7 minutes with a load of 200 users (an increase of 200)?
At the same time, 1 request is processed per second (current rps), but why 1 request if there are 340 requests in 102_000 ms?

And you think, "average time is the time for which n number of requests were processed" do not you see anything strange in this definition?
