In-app ads. Are there restrictions on in-app advertising?

My app has a promotional video for rewards. I want to host an application on OK.ru (iframe). Are there any restrictions on such ads in an iframe app? Do I need to use some kind of "local" advertising, as in VK? Or is it possible to display any (admob, unityAds, etc.) ?

Only it can be used.

Not really. I contacted support and they replied that it is not forbidden to use third-party advertising. You can do them, but the profit is many times, if not an order of magnitude less.
