In a year, turn from a person who has completed the basic htmlacademy course into a normal developer?

In addition to htmlacademy, there is minimal knowledge of PHP and Javascript, so how best to develop in a whole year in order to be in demand on the market?
I saw some tutorial like a web developer development map, but what else can you recommend?

The most effective way to learn is to go to work. Get a job as a junior, let them teach you. Before I went to my first job, I read / watched / tried to study for half a year, and when I came to work, I learned more in a month than in these half a year.
+ when you learn by yourself, there is a high probability of going down the wrong path / getting stuck on something / misunderstanding something. Self-development is good, but it should be under someone's control. That is, you will be told what and where to read, and you must do it.
