In 1C-Enterprise, the database does not start the first time, but the second?

When you start the base starts opening and hangs can not open. After some time (3-5min) I repeat the launch and everything opens. But the first window does not close, you have to close it forcibly. If you close the first running window, then the second launch does not occur.
