Importing articles into Cobalt 8 CCK - how?

Yes: Joomla! 3.9.23 + Cobalt 8 CCK - 8.773
So: I want to import articles.
Having figured it out, I learned how to import articles (only titles).

As I understand it: the article itself is written in the "additional field", I created it and the actual question is: how to import the article (content) into the "additional field"? (What is the syntax in CSV and what settings (where) should I do?) I didn't find any instructions on the internet. In the "blind" "obvious" options, I tried - something invisible results. Who can help?

And how to import categories?

And it magically worked, by itself (I did the only thing I did: put labels like "open file - write - close" in the import code to see where it stumbles there. And it worked by itself.).
