Import from Access to Libre Base, photo issue?

There is a database Access agency staff total for 5'computers. I want to translate to libre base and generally open source. There are several questions.
1. I started transferring, opened it in libre, do I need to save it in ODB?
2. The text is transferred to easy, except for photos. Photo 3x4, there are more than a thousand such photos. The field remains empty. Where to look? I tried to get into editing the plates. Play around with the form type. The tables are not editable. You can create a new field, but the previous ones are not edited. Why?
3. Speed ​​suffers. Acces chews any filter, any search instantly. And the libre is dumb. Why? How to fix it?
4. Here on the pages earlier they wrote that supposedly it is impossible to use this mdb over the network on several computers in ubuntu (I want to switch to Windows), they say there are no drivers. Did I understand correctly? Will I have to transfer all computers to ubuntu and change the format to ODB?
5. Reports, access is able to make a table from the resume from the database, though without photos in the dock. Every day we have a new sign with candidates in Word. From it we copy the resumes of those selected by the filter in the access and send them to employers. Is there such a function to export to Word in a writer, preferably with a photo, so that you can customize the appearance of the resume, as with the form?
