Import / export groups of url addresses in kerio winroute

You need to have the same lists of blocked url addresses on several machines with winroute. You can, of course, manually edit winroute.cfg, but if the address groups are regularly updated, then manually updating the configuration on other machines will be hemorrhoids. Is there any normal way to save, restore, merge address group lists in kerio winroute?

There is no such way.
The simplest solution is to stupidly parse the file by pulling out a piece from it, from the beginning of the lists to the end, and then insert it into the existing config.
