ImageMagick installed wrong?

Installed ImageMagick on Ubuntu 18

installation was ok

But when you try to convert, it gives out:
no decode delegate for this image format `PNG'

Has anyone come across? How to treat?

Treat with a bulkhead with the addition of the necessary libraries at least libpng libjpeg
