Image interpolation 800x600 -> 2000x2700 + printing?

Will there be graininess (other defects) if printed in 60x90 cm printing?
Thanks in advance.

resize is not needed - if the picture is viewed from a distance of 1-2 meters - it will be fine.
if you want it to be great, do a color proof, look at the flaws and work them out

I somehow read in New masters of Photoshop that to print a small raster over a large area, you can also use image vectorization.
