Image in DLE 10.5 news without additional fields?

Where can I find a normal module, if there is, of course, so that the image can be loaded from a computer through a button, and not through an additional field, or how to implement it myself? Php knowledge is basic, so I think I can do it, the main thing is to understand where to dig. Help me please.

In the news editing form, there is an opportunity to upload pictures, use it.
If it does not work, then most likely you have disabled the loading of pictures in the settings.
