Illustrator (2014) - How to snap a point handle to a grid?

All sites say that Illustrator cc 2014 has been updated with improved features such as "snap to grid anchor points has been redesigned for the better, and point markers don't snap to grid to make your illustrations more accurate."
Actually the subject: but how to enable the binding of markers to the grid in order to achieve symmetry in the object?

Fixed this mess with cmd+r (as they are rules). I put them with the shift pressed in the place where the marker should be. But after the marker fell at the intersection of the rules, you can’t pull it out from there, without rearranging these very rules, I don’t know, maybe this is for the better, but so far it’s annoying
