If the RKN blocks the site, will mail work on its domain?

Let's say a post was posted on the domain blog.example.com that offended someone's feelings, as a result of which the RKN blocked this resource.
1. Will *@blog.example.com mail work?
2. Will *@example.com mail work?
In short, what is there with the blocking mechanism and with MX records if the mechanism affects DNS.

It depends on how the particular provider blocks it.
If the blocking is only on ports 80 and 443, then mail should work.

DPI большинства провайдеров анализируют именно эти протоколы и получают информацию в запросе о домене именно из HTTP и HTTPS. Кроме того, Ревизор, вроде бы, не проверяет почту. А провайдеру нужно лишь удовлетворить Ревизора, больше он никому ничем не обязан.
Но, скорее всего, существуют и такие провайдеры, которые блокируют ip/домен наглухо. Но их мало.
