I can’t upload files to ftp, a very large ping, increasing the timeout does not help. How can I upload files to this distant FTP, what can I use?

What's with the big ping? Apparently, the connection with the server is unstable for some reason, or the server is overloaded, and the connection is interrupted. Here, probably, only some Bittorrent Sync can help (if it is possible to launch it), but it will take a long time to upload.
