If the font is connected directly to the site, does the operating system matter?

Hello!
Website: car-landia.com/
The customer says that everything is fine in windows 7, 10,
but in windows xp, the font is not connected in all browsers.

But the font is connected directly to the site.
I checked this with my o.s. after
deleting this font from the computer.

@font-face{font-family:'MS Reference Sans Serif';src:url("http://car-landia.com/themes/default-bootstrap/css/REFSAN.TTF") format("truetype");font-style:normal;font-weight:normal}

Who will tell you what's the matter?

@Ankhena

The fact is that different browsers and OS require different font formats.
You need to take your ttf and use an online web font generator.
For example, this https://web-font-generator.com/
