If not a burger menu, then what?

Guys. Over time, I got bored with the burger menu and considered it an outdated style for adaptability. Are there other ways to improve responsive navigation besides this?
And can something like this come in?

I think this type of menu is more convenient, because you don’t even need to poke and wait until the menu opens, then close it to see the anchor transition, etc.
What do you think and what are your thoughts?

In win10, menu facilitation is interestingly implemented. Only icons and a burger are displayed on the side, by clicking on the burger we open the labels of the icons that act as hints, over time the user gets used to the icons and it becomes unnecessary to expand the full version of the menu

Three options:
» Full screen menu
