Hello!
I decided to make my site on a JS framework (React)... but it will be a singlepage, that is, a one-page site... and all other content is loaded via ajax...
and it won't hurt for SEO? I just started to teach React on this don't know much yet....advise

first of all, do not confuse "singlepage, that is, one page site" and SPA (single page application) is application. tobish application.
It is designed specifically for applications. and if your site is not an application - so why try to shove react there?
and if there is an application on your site, then apply react only in this place on the site where this application will be.

I advise you to use one or another solution for certain tasks. SPA is not suitable for information sites that are planned to be promoted in the PS. SPA is great for a user account, admin panel, etc. There are projects like uber where the PS should find only the main page, and here, too, SPA is convenient and justified. But doing a blog like a SPA is idiotic. Online store too. There are hybrid options, where the url changes, there is a correct linking, and then everything will be ok too. But it's not really a SPA anymore.
