If I gave Merge Requests, and then made a commit, do I need to give MR again so that the commit is picked up?

Subject. I am using GITLAB. It is necessary that when merging, my last commit was also there. Then what should I do, close the current MR and create a new one or are there any options?

@uroot

Is the merge request still under review or already merged?
if not merged, then with git push you will see in the console a link to your merge request, you can follow the link and see it, if it is merged, then in the console you will see a link to create a new merge request
