I see who doesn’t really want to show the provider, if I clear the log, can the provider find out what I did on the Internet

If you clean up all the entries in the provider's database + you have a gray ip, you won't be able to.

What log? Where? At the provider on the servers? Who will take you there?
And then there is SORM, which sends a "log" online to a well-known office... And there it is impossible to "clean up" it even theoretically :)
