I exported the database, the encoding is set to utf8-general-ci, everything worked fine on the local.


In htaccess it is written AddDefaultCharset UTF-8
Why the data is displayed not in the encoding that is set?

If the table itself in phpmyadmin displays normally, then set the data exchange encoding in the file where the connection to the database takes place: mysql_query("SET NAMES 'utf8'");
