Identify load balancer by description?
Hello.
I work with one state. customer for the supply of network equipment. I worked through all the specifications, but there is a big problem with one. I can not find according to the specified description what kind of load balancer it is. At the customer, it is called " Network load balancing software, 2 pcs ", i.e. This is not a hardware balancer, but a software one. Tell me where to dig? After several hours of googling, they found only the KEMP LoadMaster VLM-5000, and even then there are big doubts that it satisfies all the characteristics described.
The requirements themselves are:
Network load balancing software must meet the following requirements:
• Ability to install on ESXI, KVM, Microsoft Hyper-V hypervisors;
• Ability to use built-in functionality without additional licensing:
o Web Application Firewal - protection against attacks at the application level, such as Cross-site scripting, SQL injection;
o Application Access Manager - access control to applications;
o Enhanced DDoS Mitigation - protection of servers and CGNAT pools from DDoS attacks at the application level;
o GLSB – global balancing based on DNS records;

VLM-5000 is a software balancer deployed in virtual machines. From this year it was decided to withdraw from support. The product is out of date.
The customer's TOR is a complete translation of the descriptions of the characteristics of this balancer.
