Ideas for a pet project in production?

I would like to launch a project that at the start would develop like a regular front-end pet project, but at the same time, if ready, it could be dumped into production and it was really useful. It shouldn't be just another calculator or a to-do list (why is it on the web again?), it should be something useful, preferably unique, that others could use and develop/improve.
Perhaps you have ideas that you yourself once wanted to implement, but there is no time for this. Personally, I have no idea

Go to startup sites - there are a million people who can do nothing but with a bunch of "very promising ideas for the global market."
Say that you are a free CTO - you will be bombarded with offers to file their idea.

I do not understand for whom the search plus or minus was invented two or three times a week I see similar questions. Just use the search engine.

1. Visualizer of the js-code algorithm (blocks / circles / arrows, on canvas) and its step-by-step launch (to simplify understanding).
2. Polyglot converter of data processing logic (calculating functions/classes): js, php, delphi, python, c#, go, java - from any language to any.
Any implemented option is already a success.
