Idea for the project: unique or analogue of the existing one?
Good day to all!
I came across an interesting domain the other day, I could not resist, I took it - I feel it has potential.
It is not yet clear whether for subsequent resale, or for some project. I personally tend to develop.
In general, what, in your opinion, should be the subject of the Ya.guru site (in Latin)? I don’t want to make a clone of something, if it is a service, then it will be unique, or at least better than analogues.
What comes to mind so far: a consultation service from professionals, freelancing, etc.
Also, if you have a desire to participate in the project, I will be glad.

A site dedicated to a person who dreams of doing something, but does not know how and what.
Bought - enjoy.
We came up with an application - rejoice even more.
Implemented? Well done.
Earned? Respect.
In the meantime, do not earn - put aside spatial reflections, get down to business until you come up with a product with your own extra cost.
In business - to come up with a theme project based on a domain - there is nothing more than a hope for the place of the local Zuckerberg.
That is, almost an empty hope.
"consultations from professionals" - In what subject? There is nothing original in this for a long time. And often many things can be found for free on the Internet, even freelancing. And if you take into account freelancing even deeper, how do you imagine it? An unemployed person who wants to start earning at least somehow will pay you for the opportunity to go in an unknown direction of freelance?) Often these are people without knowledge, just "I want to start to make money."
Well, otherwise, this is no longer a question of "unique or analogue of the existing one", but "tell me an idea for my future business" :)
in Latin it's like - ya.guru? looks like a Yandex service) can be used to mislead visitors)
