ID verification on Upwork, what to do?

Hello!
Who is familiar with Upwork'om, tell me how to be.
Registered on the site for more than a month, but not with a real name / surname. Then he realized his mistake, decided to change his name. Naturally, they asked for ID verification and a document confirming the place of residence.
ID verification passed and it was accepted, but there is a problem with the second document.
First I sent a photo of the utility bill. They refused - the address of the company that issued the receipt was not indicated, but mine is indicated.
Then he sent an extract from the bank - a refusal, my address was not indicated, only my full name, but the details of the bank were indicated.
The bank said that it issues such statements, but they must be ordered "in a special order" because. He does not normally provide such documents. Ordered, waiting for a call for 2 days, no use.
I sent everything at once on one file - an invoice, a screen from the state. website with full information of the institution that issued the receipt, bank statement - again a refusal!
It turns out that I have different documents where there is all the information, but it is almost impossible to get it on one document in Ukraine.
What to do then? Go "strain" the bank until they issue an extract? It can take months, with the holidays coming soon and even longer.
How to be in such a situation?

Or maybe try to get in touch with the country manager of the stock exchange in Ukraine, Katerina Bozhkova?

Use a normal bank that issues normal certificates, also alpha issues only this way

Privatbank gave an account statement in 5 minutes. Everything is gone.
