ICQ not working

ICQ is not connected either at home, or from the phone, or at work. Meebo, qutIM, QIP, even the official web icq. Do I have one? Nobody knows what happened?

I have the same problem with a colleague at work.
Through clients it doesn’t cling, through web icq it comes to receiving statuses on the corresponding tab and that’s all ...
At the same time, two of our other employees connect normally (after going off).

ICQ has so many times “pleased” users with crooked updates, when almost all clients “fell off”, which, it seems to me, is better to switch to some kind of jabber than to continue ~~to eat cactus~~ using “ICQ”.
