Icons for standard Windows 10 applications are missing, what should I do?

Operating system - Windows 10 x64, licensed. Instead of the icons of most standard applications, a white rectangle is displayed.

At the same time, icons are displayed in the application list.

Can I somehow fix this without reinstalling the OS?
