IBM ServeRAID-BR10i vs HP Smart Array p410i - which disk controller to choose for vmware ESXi?

It is necessary to raise a virtual server for business needs in the company. It was decided to order a refurbished server from the supplier.
In the desired price range, there is a choice of HP DL180/380, ML350; IBM x3650 M2; DELL PowerEdge R610/R710.
HP are completed - p410i, IBM'y - BR10i, Della - Perc 6i. (There are also SUN and Fujitsu on LSI MegaRAID. The controllers seem to be familiar, but that's all. We decided not to consider them).
At the forefront is the fault tolerance of RAID under ESXi based on the presented controllers. Well, in general, ease of deployment, reliability, ease of maintenance of the server as a whole. Anyone with experience please reply. Please advise. Thank you.
