IB Designables error swift, how to fix the error?

I'm new to programming in general, especially in swift. Now I'm making an app for my friend's online store, where I created 2 registration and login screens, everything was fine. But at some point, something went wrong and both storyboards turned black, although they are displayed correctly on the simulator. And the error IB Designables got out: Failed to render and update auto layout status for WelcomeViewController (GqT-jM-RwN): The agent threw an exception.
Please help me decide, because what I was looking for on the Internet does not work (
