iAd banners how and why?

Hello everyone, I needed to write a small application that should contain a banner. How to place a banner, it seems to be clear, the material is there, but I did not find answers to the following questions:
1) Is it possible and how, if possible, to place banners from begun.ru and other systems
2) How is advertising content loaded into my application? Do you need to do something extra?
