I2PD. How to set up a udp tunnel correctly?

Hi All!
How to find out the address of the server UDP tunnel (Server Tunnels:)?
In the config I wrote as per the manual:

[udp-server]
type = udpserver
keys = openvpn.dat
port = 1313

In server tunnels (Server Tunnels:) there is only a tcp connection address:

I2PD set from a .deb file. Maybe you need to build from source? With what parameters?
