Tor for jailbroken ids is here: sid77.slackware.it/iphone/ , but ValdikSS is right: if you use http (and not https), Tor will add protection from ISP / eavesdroppers on the local network, but will allow random members of the Tor network itself to listen your traffic.

Try the service I2Proxy.com , which I do exactly for this: open .i2p and Tor sites from iPhone and iPad.
