Hello, I’ve been puffing on an article in the seo section for about an hour, I click publish and find out that, to publish an article, I need at least 5 karma.
Considering that this is my second article on Habré, I have only 4.0 karma.

Question: how to get karma if I can't publish an article?

Well, I recently did.
2 comments. one has 20 and -20 in karma (ran into religiously ill people)
The second has +20 +0 in karma :)
So just create questions like this ;)
