I write wsl in powershell writes The specified network name is no longer available. What to do?

when I downloaded the ubuntu subsystem (terminal), it worked for me for 5 minutes, then it stopped and I delete it and download it again thinking that this is a bug, but after reinstalling it says " The specified network name is no longer available ". No matter how many times he reinstalls, he writes " The specified network name is no longer available ." And writing in powershell wsl does not help.

Also faced the same problem. Try repeating point 3 from the WSL installation documentation and don't forget to restart your PC. Helped me. If it did not help, repeat from point 1, also with a reboot.
