I work with Python through Pycharm, I launch the terminal directly in the interpreter, It immediately closes by itself. Who knows what's the problem?
First I installed Python 3.7, now it costs 3.9, that's not the point. I open PyCharm, I try to launch the terminal directly from the interpreter, It closes itself immediately. Rummaged everything, broke his whole head. Don't blame me, I'm very, very green, and I don't know how to solve this yet. At first everything was fine, then this error happened. Sometimes (it is not clear under what manipulations)
the following error pops up in the terminal: Cannot open local terminal failed to start [cmd.exe]
and at the same time it completely dies. Help out!! Can I change something in the settings? Screenshots attached:

And what does it say here?
And Shell path - the path to the shell (cmd.exe), as if not specified, but simply written cmd.exe ...
Specify the full path.
As far as I remember, on Windows:
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe
but I could be wrong...
Exactly the same error, the terminal works only once and then you need to restart the entire development environment, it didn’t happen before on 3.7, please fix it, I am attaching the simplest example of starting the welcome page of the main page and then the page about us
