File sharing

I want users of my site to be able to send me large files (1-2 GB), saving them on my server. How to do it?

I make online test rooms for companies. I collect in simple constructors like Tilda. The client has a task. The test participant must record a video and send it to us. Tilda has a ready-made block for this, but there is a file size limit of 30 mb. Popular file hosting services are not suitable due to the fact that they do not store data forever - and do not upload it to my cozy selectel server.

I need a solution on how to correctly collect these files from test participants and upload them to the server?

FTP
Or your storage service, nextcloud for example
Or remove the tilde restrictions on the file size in the configs. Is it real there?
