Well, I can add something of my own. I can't help but agree with the other people who posted here.
I am also 15 years old. Pascal for learning is suitable to get acquainted with basic programming skills (Algorithms, loops, etc.). You can ask your computer science teacher to give you some problems - it helped me and made me understand where I was sagging. Well, or you can invent it yourself (or google it). As soon as you fill your hand and understand what and how, then go to the Web.
You also need to decide which part of the web you want to work on: the front end or the back end. For the sooner you decide, the easier it will be for you in the future: at 20 years old and above, you will have tremendous experience in a particular area, which will distinguish you from other developers (and given that this is the web, the competition here is very strong - remember about it)
And most importantly - Language is a tool. Did you like this or that EP - teach for health and become a cool specialist in it
I started at 12 with Java :) Now I don't like it. Don't repeat my mistakes. Seriously.
Well, there are a lot of good languages for learning. The main selection criteria are ease of learning, good tutorials and community. You will quickly abandon this lesson if you struggle with complex syntax instead of learning, so it should be simple and understandable.
About Pascal. The language itself is good, but it is long dead.
Take the same Python for starters. It is a universal language, just perfect for learning. There are countless lessons on it.
Do you want to cut the web later? In Python, this is pretty easy.
I recommend that you also learn some low-level language (C is best) for a better understanding of data types, etc.
Yes, learn English and learn to search for information!
Good luck.
