I want to place ads (AdMob) in my Android app. Is it possible to be an ordinary individual (not an individual entrepreneur) without violating Russian law?

There is judicial practice regarding the registration of IP upon receipt of income. Signs of entrepreneurial activity, and therefore the need to register an individual entrepreneur:
- the goal was to make a profit,
- actions aimed at obtaining it were systematic and uninterrupted for several years.
