I registered a Viber bot, I don’t understand how to open a dialogue with it?

I registered on https://partners.viber.com/, created a bot there, opened the bot page in Viber,

I choose "message" , I get to the next screen

I choose the first item (CRM, bots) - a list of some services opens, half of which, by the way, does not work.
I choose the second item - the API key opens and redirects to the viber website.
I choose "later" - returns back.
Actually the question is - how to open the chat-dialogue menu with the bot?

using api, you can write your own bots, but until the logic is implemented (self-written or using services), no one at the other end of the bot will answer.
