I registered a domain - in INSTAGRAM someone uses it as a login. Legal?

Opened a case, registered a "name" - a domain, confirmation of personal data, etc.
Later I decided to make an INSTAGRAM account with the same domain, but it is already taken.
The question is, can I claim my invented name ..? To be honest, I’m even trying to formulate the question with difficulty)) I’m
not strong in all this, and it’s a shame that my idea is already taken by someone. how so (
how to tell me, please.

Only owners of trademark rights (trade mark) can claim their rights to domains and public accounts (which can be used to promote a product/service or for the mass dissemination of positive/negative information about a product/service/company). Whoever registered a trademark first can claim rights to all domains and public accounts that are consonant with it. The very fact of owning a domain does not give the right to claim all public accounts with consonant names.
PS: I think the tag Jurisprudence would be appropriate for this kind of legal issues.

How can you claim this login? It's not logical.
I advise you not to fool your head and not make a fool of yourself, but try to buy the account that you need.

In Russia, you do not claim anything. Such a truth

Not strong in legal matters. It is possible that you could claim it if you registered the domain as a trademark and went to court.
But I will scold the nickname Boris Yakushev a little and support his position: za4em is this for you? :)
