Logos

I made a logo, and it looks like the version from shutterstock. What to do?

Good afternoon.
Made a logo for a clothing brand a few months ago.
Now you need to register it. Before going to the organization that registers these same brands, I decided to check the uniqueness of the logo. One of the services (TinEye) found such an option on Shutterstock. The similarity is 90-95 percent.
What to do? Buy rights on shutterstock or go to register a brand

Buy rights on shutterstock

you can’t buy a logo on Shutter
and on any other photo bank, too
, if you’re lucky, you can buy it exclusively, if it hasn’t been sold to anyone else,
in short - feel free to register
it would be more history - the answer would unfold
