I'm trying to run a simple app in Xamarin but the android emulator won't start, why?

When I click on launch in visual studio, I get an error: Errors occurred during deployment.
In xamarin itself, it just won't run.
How to run android emulator?

Probably a problem with the build configuration (no emulator).
Judging by the screenshots, the emulator on which you are going to run is not selected.
