I know/understand Vue.js and Laravel. What to choose to develop the simplest mobile application for android?

Good day. It took for personal needs to make a simple application for myself and my family on the phone.
What I more or less know/understand is laravel vue pusher.
Useful to read and watch frameworks - again dozens of opinions.
NativeScriptVue?
The application is the simplest - 2-3 buttons / pages, but there must be interaction with the database - I will do this api on laravel.
Plus permission to access geodata. And push notifications.
Accordingly, you need to get an apk file, which I would simply install on my mobile phones.
What to choose? I'm sure it's quite a trivial task - no?
