I installed XP and now every time I need to do certain operations (in question), what should I do?
Windows just doesn't start, you always need a flash drive and then I press F11, select this flash drive and select the item shown in the screenshot.
At the same time, drive C is reserved by the system and there is also boot.ini there. The system itself is located on drive F

You probably have a bootloader on a flash drive.
Solution:
Copy (or move) the bootloader to the screw, to one of the appropriate partitions.
Winxp itself has the fixboot and fixmbr utilities. Here is the first guide I came across .
Or, you can use some third-party tool, EasyBCD, for example.
