I installed Node.js and nmp, it works in the console on drive C, but not on Drive D. How to be?

I installed Node.js and nmp, it works in the console on drive C, but not on Drive D. How to be?
My projects are on drive D, but the console does not work there, it says that there is no such internal or external program. But with this, when working from the console of the C drive (and any subdirectory).

Set a system variable for the node. If you don't know how, google setting system variables in Windows. This should help.
