I have some questions about creating a Windows Forms program using C++?

1. Is it possible to implement a timer report so that when authorization attempts are exhausted, the timer report goes until the "Retry" button appears or the window with the timer itself closes?
2. Can I somehow switch to other tables when I connected the Access database (database) and can I add a form, reports and queries from the Access database?
3.Is it possible to implement search in DataGridView?
