I have one TouchBar on my MacBook Pro showing rewind buttons instead of the timeline?

Before the Safari update on YouTube, I always had a video rewind bar. Now periodically it is, sometimes instead of it there are buttons with rewind. If you switch to another tab and return, the winding strip appears again. Is there anyone else with this problem? Is it curable? Is this a bug?
