You need to compile the project and make changes to one line of text. I would compile it myself, but I'm on Linux and have no way to install the program.
Can you advise where to find a person for this, of course, not for free. Thank you.

Delphi projects build fine in wine as well. Debugging will not work, but collecting is easy.
