I graduated from the 11th grade, I don’t know where to go, but I’m interested in programming, where should I go?

I like programming games on Unity (Chechnya).
Where is it better to do and is there any difference between universities, technical schools and colleges?
From the information that I read about this, I realized that the university is more prestigious or something ...

The Internet advises only GGNTU (probably I will go there), but inside the same university there are also branches in specialties, what to choose between?

In addition to direct knowledge of programming, the university provides many related disciplines that will be very useful both in everyday life and in development - mathematics, physics, economics, psychology, etc.
The choice of a university and a specific specialty is not so critical, since most of the disciplines are the same.
In GGNTU, I think, any of these areas will suit you:
Informatics and Computer Engineering
Information Systems and Technologies
Applied Informatics
Infocommunication Technologies and Communication Systems

You have 3 months of summer to get the most out of yourself and learn programming and English as much as possible. Then you should have time to find a job for June.
And now you don't need to study. In 5 years, when your peers are just starting to look for work, you will be a Signer with a big salary.
I myself, unfortunately, entered after 9, now the 1st course is ending, I already work as a freelancer, now I want to get a job remotely. When I do, I'll drop out of school.
I am 16 years old.

YouTube - half a year = 5 years of study.
If there is a specific goal, then it will be 100 times more efficient and faster.
While everyone is studying 40 subjects, you will be studying 1.
