I get an error when starting mongoD, how can I fix it?

Installed Mongo, opened the console (run as admin) now when I start mongoD I get an error:

Automatically disabling TLS 1.0, to force-enable TLS 1.0 specify --sslDisabledProtocols 'none'

what's the matter? how to fix?
