Restarted the computer in safe mode. Required a password for an account. I forgot my password because I entered with a pin code. Pin code in save mode does not work. Now I can't log into my computer. What can be done in this situation?

if you did not use bitlocker - the method is described here:

if you used bitlocker - then you can reinstall the OS, but you can no longer get access to the current content. I hope you are not too shocked by the answer "no way"?
