The image must be placed in a mask. If you just have figures on top of the image, then nothing will work. An image or any other object must be placed in a mask with the shape you need and then exported.
But as already mentioned above, you do not need to make an image by mask, because. in its rectangular shape, it is easier to replace the picture on the site later.
